These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9mad governing your use of the 9mad platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, account management features, and financial transactions. By registering an account or accessing any part of the 9mad service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All transactions are processed in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major Pakistani banks are credited promptly. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion and are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

By registering an Account with 9mad, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the 9mad Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to individual bonuses or offers.

Underage Access: 9mad takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the deposited amount returned following a mandatory investigation period. Parents and guardians are encouraged to utilise parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.
To register a 9mad Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.
9mad is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. You will be required to provide the following documentation:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in cases of suspected fraud, the permanent closure of the Account.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account with 9mad at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9mad reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and in cases of fraudulent intent, permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Any change to your name, address, email address, or mobile number must be communicated to 9mad via the live support channel promptly. 9mad cannot be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep Account information current and accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9mad Account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
9mad will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from 9mad requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify 9mad support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. 9mad can apply an immediate Account lock upon request during a live chat conversation. 9mad accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security or to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
9mad accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via TRC20 network.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time following confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to four hours during banking business hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the 9mad cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 9mad reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.
9mad does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
No Conversion Fees: 9mad does not apply foreign exchange markups or currency conversion fees to PKR deposits or withdrawals. Your deposited amount is credited in full to your Account balance subject only to any applicable charges from your chosen payment provider.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the KYC verification process to 9mad's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed in a pending queue until verification is finalised.
9mad aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and applicable banking processing schedules. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three additional business days to appear in your bank account following 9mad's processing of the request.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability and technical capability of that method to receive return transfers. Where this is not possible, 9mad support will coordinate an alternative withdrawal method with you.
9mad reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) obligations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 9mad has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the 9mad cashier and may vary by payment method. Withdrawals below the applicable minimum threshold cannot be processed.
9mad offers various promotions, bonuses, and special offers to eligible Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from their use become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum qualifying odds for sports betting bonuses, and time limits within which wagering requirements must be satisfied are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
9mad actively monitors Player activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: staking exclusively on outcomes with near-certain results to deplete wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, withdrawing primary balance while Bonus Funds remain active, and coordinated wagering between linked Accounts, constitute bonus abuse. 9mad reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
No Player has an entitlement to any bonus, promotion, or special offer from 9mad. 9mad reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or decline to apply any promotion at its discretion and without prior notice, subject to respecting any commitments made to Players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled specific promotion terms.

All sports bets placed on the 9mad platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the 9mad sportsbook.
9mad reserves the right to decline, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until it has been explicitly accepted by the 9mad system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether arising from a technical error, data feed fault, or human error — may be voided by 9mad regardless of the outcome of the relevant Sporting Event.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant Sporting Event as published by the governing body or official competition organiser at the time of settlement. 9mad reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is subject to review, protest, or appeal by the relevant governing body. PSL match results are settled according to PCB official announcements.
Where a Sporting Event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the outcome of a relevant betting market is determined, bets on that market will generally be voided and stakes returned to Players' Account balances. Specific rules for partial completion of cricket matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, and reduced-over PSL fixtures are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the 9mad sportsbook.
In-play betting markets are offered on selected Sporting Events. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and 9mad cannot guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market throughout the duration of an event. 9mad is not liable for any technical issues affecting the display of live odds or the acceptance of in-play bets.
All casino games available on the 9mad platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are provided by third-party game developers licensed and certified to operate in the jurisdictions applicable to 9mad's licensing framework.
All non-live casino games utilise independently audited and certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. 9mad does not control, manipulate, or influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game developers and verified through independent auditing processes.
Live dealer games are streamed from certified gaming studios. Game outcomes in live dealer environments are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, and similar — conducted by live presenters in controlled studio conditions. 9mad is not responsible for studio-side technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of any casino game — including connection interruptions, server errors, or game software faults — 9mad reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to Players' Account balances. This applies regardless of the apparent outcome displayed at the time of the malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9mad platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequence: Where 9mad identifies any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s), void all bets and bonuses associated with the Account, withhold and return deposit balances subject to investigation, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

An Account is classified as dormant when no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Following the commencement of the dormancy period, 9mad will attempt to contact you via the registered email address to notify you of the dormant status.
After thirty (30) days from the initial dormancy notification, a monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to the Account balance, as specified in the current fee schedule published on the 9mad platform. This fee will continue to be applied each month until either the Account balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
To avoid dormancy fees, Players with remaining balances who do not intend to play for an extended period are advised to withdraw their balance in full prior to the commencement of the inactivity period.
All intellectual property rights in and to the 9mad Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, databases, text content, graphics, logos, and game assets — are owned by or licensed to 9mad. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, performed, modified, or commercially exploited in any form or by any means without 9mad's prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any Platform content and terminates automatically upon closure of your Account or breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9mad's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9mad expressly excludes liability for: any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from Platform use; temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events; losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to data feed errors; and losses resulting from a Player's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 9mad's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9mad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors and clarifications that do not alter Players' substantive rights — may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9mad holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 9mad service, you should contact 9mad support in the first instance via the on-site live chat, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 9mad aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Complex complaints may take longer and a timeline will be communicated to you within the initial response.
